From the beginning of his professional career, he has been involved in brand building in the sports and culture segment. He worked for one of the largest football clubs in Poland - Lechia Gdańsk, where in 2010-2017 he was Head of Sponsorship, Head of Sales and Brand Manager.
His actions contributed to a significant increase in the company's revenues. He worked for the global brand Cashback World, where he was responsible for the sponsorship strategy and cooperation with sports clubs. He was the Brand Manager in the Kuźniar Media creative agency, where he was responsible for the development of the company's business projects, acquiring business partners and relationships with key clients. Furthermore, he also created a separate project based on Influencer Marketing.
