Creative process moderator, design thinking coach and researcher, specializing in customer (/recipient) experience research. Co-founder and partner at Hearts&Heads - an agency supporting clients in creating services and products that respond to real audience needs. For over 6 years he has also been co-leading and developing the Social Innovation Workshop Foundation, where he carries out various research and training projects focused on popularization and practical use of design thinking methods.

As a mentor and advisor he works with companies, public administration and NGOs (including Motorola Solutions, Martes Sport, Hitachi ABB, Media Expert, or the Spring Association). He is also active as a lecturer - in this role he cooperates with AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, where he conducts classes on design thinking. In his free time, he enjoys good drip coffee and he is a sports enthusiast who can proudly call himself a marathon runner.
